 Gibbons Group is a remote-first life insurance agency built by agents, for agents. We’re based in Ponte Vedra, Florida, where my wife and I are raising three children and two dogs—so work-life balance isn’t a buzzword for us, it’s a standard. We started Gibbons Group in 2019 because too many good agents leave the business for the same reasons: unclear expectations, inconsistent training, and not enough real support. Our mission is to partner with leaders who want to be valued for their work ethic, leadership, and integrity—and who want a team that treats this like a profession. Our culture is grounded in five core values:
